Many seniors today face the daily struggle of living at home, but are not able to manage their day to day activities by themselves. Tender Hearts can provide the support that makes it possible for them to continue to stay at home with self-respect and to live happy fulfilling lives.
Working together with the client and their family members, Tender Hearts will put together a personalized home health care plan with compassionate and professional caregivers.
Personalized and Affordable
Tender Hearts offers flexible hours personalized to suit your needs: Hourly, Overnight and Round the Clock Care. Short and Long Term Care is also available. In addition we offer split shifts: AM hours assisting with getting ready in the morning and PM hours getting ready for bed at night.
We can assist our clients before and after surgery or when an injury calls for some short term assistance. We also provide respite for family members or loved ones. We also service our clients in nursing homes, assisted Living communities and hospitals. This provides peace of mind for the family and a helpful transition for the client when they return home.
Tender Hearts Keeps on Serving
The Tender Hearts staff will be an on-call liaison 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, between the client, caregiver and family member or responsible person. We will visit and monitor the care of the client and provide ongoing support and updates to family members.
